What is the difference between Self-QR and PVC plans?
Self-QR plans include self-generated QR codes that can be printed on regular paper or basic cards. PVC plans include professional PVC card printing capabilities with physical card ordering options.
What happens if I exceed my student limit?
You'll be charged an excess fee per additional student based on your plan. Individual & Standard plans charge Rs. 8/student, while Advanced plan charges Rs. 5/student.
What is the minimum card order for PVC plans?
For initial orders, Starter requires 500 cards minimum, while Unlimited and Lifetime plans require 1,000 cards. Reorder minimums are 500 cards for all PVC plans.
Does the Lifetime plan include feature updates?
The Lifetime plan includes the core platform with unlimited students, but feature updates are paid separately. You'll have access to all existing features but new features may require additional payment.
What is annual maintenance for the Lifetime plan?
The Rs. 7,500/year maintenance fee covers server hosting, security updates, and basic support. This is required to keep your account active.
Can I upgrade from Self-QR to PVC plans?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. The Advanced Self-QR plan is PVC-enabled, making it easy to transition to PVC card printing when you're ready.
